2011

this year has been incredible. super, really. so much good memories and unforgettable moments (: i thank the Lord yet again for helping me stay grounded and keeping my heart solid for Him. im excited for the new year to begin. but saddened that this one will end in a blink of an eye. I hope and pray that 2012 will be a better year. i pray that you all will live, love and learn much more in the coming year! happy holidays and happy new year everyone! stay cute x

these two items are new in my closet! the top is actually cropped but i had to tuck it in the pants for this outfit. the print is so tribal-like and the colour palette is perfect! as for the pants, its something i never thought i would wear/pull off. but my mom insisted i got it cos i have the height. so.. i put these two together and came up with this look! it's something different and definitely out from my regular style of dressing. this will probably be the last outfit post for the year 2011. can't wait for the new year to start!

my love for stationery

i had a mother-daughter bonding day today. we went bazaar shopping and came back with goodies! ooh and we bought matching vintage tops. haha. mommy also got me these really kawaii japanese washi tapes! i've always wanted to get my hands on these tapes but no luck in finding them. until today! we spotted a small stationary booth at the bazaar and my heart immediately raced from excitement! (: sighhh i just cannot contain the joy when i see cute stationary. im planning to use them this christmas. somehow incorporating them into xmas cards, probably? we'll see! anyway, hope you all had a cute saturday as well! x

as mentioned from my previous post, i did a shoot with Chris Fowler for lookbook and his portfolio. it was fun working with him and Isaac, his trusty reflector man. the weather was really lovely, despite the army of hungry mozzies. ughh. but all in all it was a good day! I was clad in both Su-estilo garments. the lace shirt is really comfy and oh so delicate! oh! and my dog Husky showed up again. (:

I just made myself a taco-like-sandwich which consists of scrambled eggs, crumbled cheese, onions and hot sauce. It was delicious! I miss blogging about food here. It just makes me happy. (:

I have no plans today. I think i need some time alone to clear my head and just relax. I haven't done that in the longest of time.

reunite

just got back from a long day! today was pretty eventful. woke up first thing in the morning to do a shoot for a friend. we took photos around the park beside my house. and fed breakfast to the mozzies with our blood. mm yum...

after that i met up with serena and the girls! oh its so good seeing her again. she still has a profound malaysian slang and hasn't picked up a british accent just yet! basically we bonded over sushi, long walks in the mall, crying while watching 'new years eve', and indulging on taiwanese desserts. today is perfect.

not exactly new but i haven't touched them since they were given to me (last month). can't wait to finish this semester so i can indulge myself in reading without being distracted by school assignments and whatnots! (:

yes i know! a very very very late birthday post! but I honestly didn't have the time before this. so here's a couple of pictures, of me and my girls spending quality time with yummy food and roasted coconuts (the bomb!)

Still Alive

hello! sorry for the lack of updates here. been breathing sleeping living final projects. i barely have time for anything else anymore. my social life is practically gone and i hardly talk to my family members now. im either hiding away in my little room in front of the computer struggling to complete my work orrrr at college struggling to stay awake. le sigh. but i thank God for his strength and soothing promises. He will pull me thru this storm! (:
