I just made myself a taco-like-sandwich which consists of scrambled eggs, crumbled cheese, onions and hot sauce. It was delicious! I miss blogging about food here. It just makes me happy. (:
I have no plans today. I think i need some time alone to clear my head and just relax. I haven't done that in the longest of time.
Ohh, so that was what was in it. I couldn't figure it out from just looking at the photo haha- I thought it was dried apple, walnuts, coconut flakes and banana! I was thinking 'wow a sweet not savoury taco!'
