I'm finally done with this semester! Sigh, been very caught up with assignments over the pass three months, working on a single project over and over again. Honestly corporate designs are kinda boring and so not my thing. So not gonna go into that field! (If I had a choice).

Anyhoo! It's done with and gone with the wind :) Time for relaxation and to get my life back. I've been pretty anti-social lately! Haven't been meeting up with my friends and canceling outings on them. So sorry guys! You know who you are.

KYELI COOKS

Last week I spent some bonding time with my cousins, Lishyen and Kyeli. Whenever I'm at their place, we never fail to cook something. Which I think is so much fun! This time, we agreed on something light and simple to make. No fuss cooking! :) So, we made beef tortillas. I helped chop the mushrooms and that was mostly it (hah!) Kyeli did everything else. Can't wait for the next date with those two!

HIDDEN SECRETS

I was so excited when Chris sent me the pictures he took of me for his photography assignment. I finally found some time to edit just a small portion of them. The photos turned out rather dreamy and fairy-like. I love! But honestly I still find it quite awkward and weird looking at myself while I was editing them. Do you guys ever get that feeling? :)

I'm pleasantly surprised by my brother's camera skills (haha no offence, ko). We managed to take outfit photos at our neighborhood park after church. It was so funny teaching my brother how to use the slr and how to take my photos. Lots of laughter involved in the process. (:

And before I leave you to the photos, I want to make a small shout out to one of the craziest friend I know and love very muchly. Happy yappy birthday to Juliana Lee Mei Yen! She's turned 20 and not so proud of it! Oh twenty's not that old! (says the girl who wants to stay a teenager)

This outfit just reminds me when I was once a cheerleader back in high school, hence the title! Sigh I really miss being apart of that whole perky and over the top environment. And, throwing my flyers in the air. Fun!

I woke up to a chilly morning, thinking it would be a perfect time to use this varsity jacket. But once it was afternoon, it was just dreadful. The heat was too overwhelming for me. Oh how I love the weather here. Not.

It's the time of the month where all I want to do is just eat chocolate and ice cream and sleep. Yeah you know it, girls. Have been slacking on work due to this but somehow I still have the energy to blog about these kids. They put a smile on my face every time I look at these photos.

So here's a glimpse of the birthday party of this little boy, Nathaniel (second photo). As you can see, I'm a little rusty on the painting skills. Its been a long time since I held a paint brush. And I don't think I've ever painted on kids faces before. But oh well, to see them all happy with big smiles is already satisfying (:

CHILD AT HEART

Hello to a new week! Hope you guys are doing okay and life has been on your side. I'll keep this post short and sweet as I've got some incomplete work on the other hand.

So this is what I wore to a kid's birthday party! I was asked to help out with face painting last week. I had lots of fun being around the kids and I felt all nostalgic and stuff. I'll blog and post photos of the toddlers (hopefully) in the next post! For now, it'll just be an outfit post (:

I cut out extra fabric from that top, (well, cause I thought it looked better without it) and turned it into a head band thingy!

THE HAUL

Today I managed to take photos of the things I got from that day. It may not be much, considering how affordable most of the stuff was sold for. But I'm satisfied and so happy with the stuff I did buy.

1. Cream clutch ; RM 30

2. Varsity Jacket (have been searching for a perfect one since forever and I finally found it!) ; RM 90 80

3. Polka dot hairpin that was a gift!

4. Floral print sheer top (2nd best find) ; RM10!

5. Gold necklace ; RM35
