I always have my breakfast simple and light. I'd choose cereal+milk or toast over sausages and eggs and bacon most of the time.
I think its because of my sweet tooth.
today's breakfast:
Honey flavoured cereal + oats + raisins + sliced almonds + cold milk(preferred the picture without the milk)
